- The willingness to participate in professional learning opportunities in order to better provide students with targeted services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept in the collection and analysis of student data
- The ability to collaborate on a team to create a positive learning environment that facilitates student academic and social goals
- Experience working with high school aged young adults
