Job description: As the Assistant Manager, International Design Operations, you will be responsible for print and digital production of packaging assets across the Ocean Spray portfolio, primarily focusing on International creative campaigns. You will support marketing??s efforts to extend key art designed by our internal and external teams across all packaging while making sure that everything you touch stays consistent with our brand guidelines.



Working within the Brand Elevation team, this position will report into our Manager of Design Operations, working closely with our Sr. Brand Designer and Project Manager to make sure that artwork is ready for setup for print production and hitting all timelines.



Position Location: This is a remote role.



A Day in the Life of an Assistant Manager, Int'l Design Ops:


  • Support graphics on both domestic and international projects. This includes, but is not limited to:



  • Graphic Project Management support: adding SKUs from the digital asset management system and populating data that will aid technical reviewers in their review of graphics

  • Internal Tracking Number requests

  • Barcode creation including learning basic barcode hierarch (each, case, pallet)

  • Proofreading: assisting in quality checks prior to routing

  • Support internal presentation design

  • Attend all team meetings supporting new and existing packaging initiatives, collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams to understand brand guidelines and support the creation of visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity.

  • Partner with world-class external design, print and production resources.

  • Provide cross-functional partnership to support the creation of high-quality printed packaging from concept to shelf.

  • Ensure that the correct file types are supplied to design agencies (as needed), printers when graphics are approved and also stored in Ocean Spray??s project management and digital asset management system

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the ever-evolving role of production.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience at an agency or in-house creative team

  • Bachelors degree in art, design, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Willingness to learn in a fast pace, ever-changing environment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Quick to immediate response to all emails, chats, text from both internal and external partners

  • Basic knowledge of Graphic files types: JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI file (or willingness to learn)

  • Basic knowledge of packaging and mandatory components (or willingness to learn)

Annual Salary: $57,700 - $79,300



The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position??s typical hiring range.
