Utilize your organizational and interpersonal skills<br> <br> What's a typical day as an Ordering Coordinator? You'll be:<br> ?? Monitoring incoming requests for equipment or service related to mobile devices<br> ?? Interpreting requests and submitting equipment or service orders to vendors<br> ?? Utilizing company-specific databases to record data about each order<br> ?? Performing daily follow-up on existing orders to ensure that all requests are completed accurately and within a timely manner<br> ?? Utilizing resources and critical thinking to avoid potential issues or delays<br> ?? Acting as a liaison between customer and vendor to resolve issues and address concerns<br> ?? Providing detailed documentation of each request/transaction (start to finish)<br> ?? Reporting to the Logistics and WidePoint Supervisor<br> <br> This job might be an outstanding fit if you:<br> ?? Have a High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree is beneficial<br> ?? Have at least six (6) months experience with wireless communications<br> ?? Have a general understanding of smartphone devices and services<br> ?? Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software<br> ?? Have excellent verbal and written communication skills<br> ?? Have excellent interpersonal and technical support skills<br> ?? Have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize, and multi-task<br> ??
