Job Description:Are you a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer ready to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology solutions? Scalesforth is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a DevOps Engineer. In this remote position based in Spain, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and continuous integration/delivery pipelines. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments, ensuring efficiency and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance system reliability and availability.
  • Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and infrastructure as code.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automating tasks and deployments.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
