Job Description:

Position Overview:Scalesforth is looking for a seasoned and results-driven Human Resources Executive to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues professionally and proactively.
  • Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal programs to maximize employee productivity and development.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Manage the employee benefits program, ensuring competitive compensation packages and employee well-being.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed HR decisions and recommendations.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, records management, and HR software systems.
  • Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a senior management role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and employee development.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ethical and confidential handling of HR matters.
