Job description: We are looking for a passionate and caring educator who is experienced, creative, and collaborative to work with students and families who are non-native speakers of English and primarily speak Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Spanish with CT Certification in TESOL preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching the subject area
- Evidence of ability to work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, parents, and students
- Evidence of organizational ability and willingness to learn independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills

North Canaan Elementary School is a PreK-8 grade school in rural Northwest Connecticut and part of the Region One School District.
