- MAKE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS ON CURRENT WELDING AND ROBOTIC CELLS TO MAKE THEM MORE OPERATOR FRIENDLY, INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND INCREASE QUALITY
- MAINTAIN QULAITY AND PRODUCTION STANDARDS FOLLOWING ALL ISO 9001 AND COMPANY PROCEDURES
- PERFORM ANY OTHER TASKS DEEMED NECESSARY
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR ROBOTIC TEACHING TRAINING
- TROUBLE SHOOTING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
- EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AS WELL AS GOOD WRITTEN SKILLS
- ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO IMPROVE SKILLS THROUGH SCHEDULED CLASSES AND CROSS TRAINING
- MIG WELDING AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOTIC EXPERIENCE
- MUST SUCESSFULLY PASS ROBOTIC TRAINING GIVEN ON SITE INCLUDING TEST
