?? Work closely with the Assistant VP of Fitness to develop both personally and professionally.
?? Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their goals and results.
?? Create personalized exercise programs for clients that include obtainable progression.
?? Manage client program, schedules, reminders and document exercise progress in Club Ready software.
?? Actively participate in weekly team meetings and best practices.
?? Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction and retention.
?? Exhibit a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development.
A bit about you:
- Seeking part-time team member with afternoon/ night availability.
- Previous experience with prospect calls.
- Previous experience with self generated outside marketing.
- 1 ? 3 years? experience preferred.
- Required, valid, current PT certifications, nationally recognized: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study, preferred.
- CPR/AED certified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Expected salary: $20 - 50 per hour
