Job description: ****URGENT HIRING PLUS SEVERAL OPEN POSITIONS****
We are looking for several dynamic tutors to teach predominately MATH and some ELA, Monday-Friday at Northridge Middle School during school hours.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Part-Time: 20-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, hours vary
- Duration: October/November 2023 to May 2024
- Location: Northridge Middle School
- Middle School-aged students, Math & ELA
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor?s degree required
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Valid teaching certificate preferred
COMPENSATION:
- With Bachelors Degree: From $20.00 per hour
- With valid Teaching Certification: From $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize Huntington Learning Center?s instructional procedures and curriculum
- Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs
- Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from the classroom
- Maintain student records of attendance and progress
- Administer computerized baseline tests at established intervals
