What You Will Do In This Role As a Inside Sales Representative working from home, you will: <ul><li>Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide</li><li>Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B and B2C skills</li><li>Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers</li><li>Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services</li><li>Track, document, and retrieve information in databases</li><li>Offer additional products and/or services with every sale</li><li>Deliver expert customer experiences?with a smile </li></ul>Your Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
