• Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
• Prepare and organize documents for data entry, ensuring that all information is well-categorized and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to assist with data-related tasks and support the hiring process.
• Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Generate reports and extract data as required by the management team.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide necessary support to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in accurate data entry and management.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Proficient in using data entry software and tools, with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion.
