• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and stowing of carry-on luggage.
• Perform pre-flight inspections of the aircraft cabin and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers in accordance with company standards.
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with fellow cabin crew members and the flight deck crew to maintain effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin throughout the flight.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on safety protocols, service standards, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Ability to remain composed and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Adaptability to varying schedules, time zones, and extended hours.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that require standing, bending, and lifting.
• Fluency in English (additional languages may be a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
