Position: HR Manager

Job Overview: At Scalesforth, we understand that our most valuable asset is our people. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive HR innovation.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
