Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support and Engineering, to improve moderation processes and tools.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on moderation activities, identifying trends and insights to improve content quality.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving spam and online content trends to effectively combat emerging issues.
