Key Responsibilities:

- HR Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, with a minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible positions.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex HR-related issues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention.
