• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and guests when needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security protocols are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role.
• Valid security license or certification (if required by state regulations).
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
