These online businesses have substantial Instagram followings and generate a significant portion of their sales through Instagram promotions. As a result, they receive numerous DMs on their Instagram accounts from potential customers with inquiries about products, shipping rates, return policies, and more. In this role, you??ll receive a document containing answers to frequently asked questions, which you??ll use to respond to inquiries within the Instagram app.
Job Details:
- Contract Length: No fixed term
- Pay Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
- Must have a device capable of accessing Instagram (phone or tablet).
- Ability to work independently.
- Aptitude for closely following provided instructions.
- Availability for 10+ hours per week.
