Job Title: Claims Associate (Remote with Local Onsite Meetings) Location: Richmond, VA (Must be Local) Duration: Temporary (Expected to Last 90 Days) About the Company: We are excited to announce a temporary position with one of LHH's esteemed clients in the Richmond, VA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in call centers and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receiving and reviewing insurance claims</li><li>Conducting thorough investigations and gathering necessary information</li><li>Processing claims accurately and efficiently</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner</li><li>Maintaining accurate documentation and records of claims activities </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Previous experience in a call center environment is required</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Must be a resident of Richmond, VA or the surrounding area, as local onsite meetings will be required (approximately once a month) </li></ul>Compensation: This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour.
