<strong>Title: </strong>OEM Digital Field Consultant<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Remote however <strong>requires </strong>extensive travel to clients (South Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi), Region, USA<br><br><strong>Reports to<em>: </em></strong>Team Lead Field Advisor/Consultant<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong>The primary role of the OEM Digital Field Consultant is to support digital marketing with HDS dealers within the South Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi region, improving efficiencies within specific dealer??s digital advertising to driving more leads, increase Digital Sales Contribution and Close Rates.<br><br><strong>The Impact<br><br></strong>The Digital Field Consultant is a key member of the Smart Digital Team, providing digital support, services coaching to an assigned territory via phone, webinars, regional meetings and in-person dealer visits. The goal of the role is to help improve select dealer??s program adoption, digital presence and drive improved digital demand metrics with the purpose of increasing a dealer??s digital performance.<br><br>Position will require a high level of travel within the designated geography. The role will require a strong background in digital retailing, website performance, SEO, SEM, presentation skills, data collection, analytics and tracking of performance within the automotive segment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Provide consultation on digital advertising performance within prescribed guidelines and metrics.</li><ul><li>HDS participation</li><li>Dealer Close Rate</li><li>Lead Volumes</li><li>Key Program KPI??s</li><li>Operate within the defined guidelines of the HDS program around opportunities in digital performance.</li><li>Assess and analyze Dealer digital market strategies, tactics, and performance in preparation for Dealer consultative visits.</li><li>Provide metric-based coaching to dealership personnel to improve performance and efficiencies in digital advertising spends and performance.</li><li>Build relationships between Dealer advertising vendors and dealership decision makers.</li><li>Support and work cross functionally with both the Business Center and its Dealers around improving digital advertising initiatives.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of HDS digital program, Automotive industry market conditions, business priorities, and challenges.</li><li>Develop and maintain effective communication with HDS team members, digital marketers, partners, and vendors to ensure the goals of HDS, HDS Business Centers and assigned Dealers are met.</li><li>Act as an expert on HDS's reporting dashboard (Insight) and provide reporting, follow-up performance analytics and process improvements to HDS Business Center and dealers as prescribed.</li><li>Be an expert on the HDS Digital program and advise BC teams and/or Dealers on benefits of certified products, the certification and on-boarding process.</li><li>Support pilot roll-out for HDS digital program.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Other Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li>Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct of the company.</li><li>Handle personal information (??PII??) that pertains to any individual (e.g., leads, dealers, employees, job applicants, etc.) in accordance with HDSs Information Privacy Guiding Principles, privacy policy and public facing privacy statements on HDS managed websites.</li><li>Complete any required training.</li><li>Safeguard the company??s intellectual property, information, and assets.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><em>Experience<br><br></em><ul><li>Automotive retail digital marketing (3 years).</li><li>Background in Website optimization and analytics</li><li>SEO / SEM campaign management and tracking (3 years)</li><li>Automotive retail experience is a bonus</li><li>Presenting / Training to Dealer body as well as in front of groups<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Effectively manage a high volume of daily interaction with HDS, Dealers and BC.</li><li>Consultative communication skills including building rapport, assessing needs, handling objections, and providing consultation.</li><li>Proactively multitask while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Task oriented mindset with a commitment to adherence to deadlines</li><li>A positive team-oriented attitude</li><li>The ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics, and project a professional image. </li><li>The ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written, verbal, listening).</li><li>Ability to travel up to 75% in the above noted regions<br><br></li></ul><strong>J.D.
