<p>thinQtank Global, Inc. dba thinQtank Learning</p><p>2621 Promenade Parkway</p><p>Suite 103</p><p>Midlothian, VA</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred</li><li>Must be flexible in work hours and days</li><li>Beginner to intermediate experience with Windows PCs</li><li>Must be able to escort candidates to and from testing room</li><li>Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Absolute must - YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL<li>The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment</li><li>Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment</li><li>Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process</li><li>Troubleshoot with internal departments and testing vendors to fix technical issues with technical support</li><li>Complete light housekeeping duties </li><li>Dress professionally with business casual attire</li><li>Typical scheduled day starts around 9 am</li><li>Typical scheduled day ends between 7 and 8 pm</li><li>Monday through Friday with and every other Saturday (Optional) </li><li>Business is closed on Sundays</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits </strong></p><ul><li>Flexible pay packages (paid weekly via e-pay service) </li><li>1099 Employee </li><li>Laptop provided for personal use, school or work </li><li>60% of the job requires you to be onsite for monitoring purposes only, allowing time for you to work on schoolwork, personal projects or other activities while in the office</li><li>Very quiet, clean, comfortable working environment </li></ul><p>
