Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Yelp's platform and services is advantageous.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be available for a set number of hours per week, with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts.
