Your Duties: ?? Promptly identify and resolve members?? urgent needs, prioritizing their safety and meticulously recording all interactions. ?? Remain composed and sympathetic during high-pressure calls. ?? Quickly relay critical details to both internal and external teams to expedite responses. ?? Work collaboratively to ensure smooth service delivery. ?? Thrive in a target-driven setting where performance is regularly evaluated to improve member satisfaction. Home Office Requirements: ?? A quiet, uninterrupted work area. ?? A reliable internet connection with a direct ISP link via Ethernet (not DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots), with minimum speeds of 25 mbps for downloads and 5 mbps for uploads. We provide a computer and assist with internet costs. ?? Demonstrated ability to be productive and maintain confidentiality when working remotely. ?? Consistent attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions. ?? Availability during standard business hours, with some adaptability for schedule changes. Requirements: ??
