Remote Content Moderator / Reviewer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Content Moderator on a contract basis for a major social media network. This vital role involves reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and to maintain a safe online environment. Key Responsibilities
Content review and moderation

Quality assurance

User safety and support
?? Respond to user inquiries and reports related to content issues.
?? Collaborate with the safety team to address and resolve user concerns and complaints.
Reporting and documentation
?? Keep accurate records of moderated content.
?? Generate reports on content trends and moderation activities.
Team collaboration
?? Work closely with other moderators and teams to coordinate efforts and share best practices.
?? Participate in regular training and update sessions to stay informed about platform changes and moderation guidelines.
Requirements
?? Experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.

Expected KPI

This contract position offers an hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25, depending on experience and qualifications.
