Key Responsibilities - Bilingual Customer Service Advocate
?? Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general 401K or investment questions.
?? Play an instrumental role in helping customers make the best decisions possible regarding their financial needs. - No experience needed! You will get all the training you need!
?? Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
?? You??re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
?? Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
?? Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
?? You will have variety in your day ?? working both individually and collaborating with a team
Required Skills and Knowledge- Bilingual Customer Service Advocate
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
?? Proficiency with computers and common office software.
?? Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations with customers.
Education and Experience - Bilingual Customer Service Advocate
?? Associate??s degree required, bachelor??s degree highly preferred.
?? One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations.
Benefits and Pay - Bilingual Customer Service Advocate
?? $21.00/ hour M-F with an 8-hour shift between 8AM and 9PM, Potential for Saturday shift between 6AM-4PM
?? Fully remote
