What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Support student and patient interactions across various communication channels
?? Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
?? Provide general information on academic procedures and processes
?? Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
?? Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High School Diploma or Equivalent
?? One (1) year of customer service experience
?? Proficient in English language and basic computer skills
?? Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
?? Ability to work independently and within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? Associate or Bachelor's degree
?? Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
?? Knowledge of Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
?? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
?? Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
