What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals
? Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
? Process basic data changes to customer accounts
? Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
? Work weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage
? Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
? Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment
? Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or related field
? Certification in alarm monitoring services
