Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail ?? Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment ?? Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute ?? Fluency in written and spoken English ?? Previous customer service experience is an added advantage ?? Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection ?? Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
