Role Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure renewals and new business opportunities.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as pipeline activity, revenue targets, and customer engagement.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review and strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in sales training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Skills and Experience:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies.
• Internship or academic projects demonstrating sales or client relationship management experience.
• Coursework or projects involving marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong academic background in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and challenges.
