Stay updated on emerging trends, news, and topics to ensure content remains relevant and engaging. ?? Utilize creative hooks and storytelling techniques to capture and maintain viewers' attention. ?? Develop visually appealing and dynamic video presentations that enhance understanding and retention. ?? Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas, plan video concepts, and refine scripts. ?? Maintain a consistent and professional on-screen presence, delivering content with clarity and confidence. ?? Incorporate feedback from team members and audience insights to continually improve video quality and effectiveness. ?? Monitor video performance metrics and audience feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Requirements: ?? Minimum of 3 years of experience creating YouTube explainer videos, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling prowess and research skills. ??
