Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively ?? Attention to detail and accurate data interpretation ?? High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. ?? Ability to Work under pressure. ?? Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. ?? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ?? Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment. ?? High level of professionalism and integrity. ?? Experience in handling incoming and outgoing calls. ?? Must be flexible with schedules.
