Responsibilities: ?? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Disney's social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. ?? Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. ?? Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed. ?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively. ?? Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for... improvement in customer interactions and feedback. Qualifications: ?? Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. ?? Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. ?? Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. ?? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ??
