- Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
- Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high-speed internet services and devices

- Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be over 18 years of age
