Chat support services might include:
?? Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
?? Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
??... Respond promptly to customers?? inquiries, requests, orders, or applications

Requirements to become a freelance chat support specialist on Upwork:
