- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
- Support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located in Virginia
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
