Job Description: As a Client Relations Assistant at Disney, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, communicating their needs and feedback to the appropriate departments, and providing excellent customer service... Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their needs and concerns. 2. Assist in resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are handled appropriately. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively seek feedback from clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist in planning and executing client events, meetings, and presentations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients. 8. Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.
