Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:Airbnb is seeking a passionate and confident Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Houston, Texas, US. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role...Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to Airbnb hosts and guests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure a seamless experience for users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as needed
• Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures to provide accurate information to users
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work cooperatively with others
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
