Part Time Career Coach

ThriveDX is seeking a Part-Time Career Coach to be part of our rapidly growing Career Outcomes Team. We are looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, and data driven professional that comes with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to change quickly. Seeking employment can be challenging, so our Career Coach will support our students by helping them understand early how to utilize the Career Outcomes services and be proactive in their journey.

Responsibilities include:
?? Working hours after 6pm EST, around 10-15 hours per week
?? Speak with intro learners as they prepare to transition into the Extended program to explain what services they have access to and help build rapport between Career Outcomes and the learner
?? Educated learners during the introductory course about what Career Outcomes consists of and how to access services through a live mini session
?? Field questions from learners and act as a liaison between Career Outcomes and the... National Admissions team
?? Ability to maintain accurate and timely notes and record of work in a CRM system.

Requirements

Career Coach should have the following:
?? A background in coaching, career counseling, education, or process management.
?? Ability to build rapid rapport and trust with students across diverse backgrounds and abilities.
?? Ability to provide guidance/direction/coaching to students and graduates in their career search by helping the student/graduate identify areas where they excel and areas where they need improvement.
?? Naturally show empathy with student career goals and success.
?? You have technical aptitude and can pick up new softwares and technologies easily.
?? You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?? You are passionate or interested in learning about the tech landscape and programs that ThriveDX offers.
?? You have experience working in a remote environment and/or a fast paced environment
