What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, and vendors via phone, email, and web portal
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
Adhere to all regulations and policies to protect patient and employee information
Work as part of a team to support service delivery teams
Foster an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred
