What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
??? Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
??? Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals
??? Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log complaints and resolutions
??? Provide feedback to improve training materials and processes
??? Adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
??? One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
??? Strong initiative and ability to follow through on owner issues
??? Excellent concentration and attention to detail in daily activities
??? Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective communication
??? Familiarity with web-based systems and MS Office Suite
