Key Responsibilities
?? Tailored Instruction: Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) that cater to each student??s unique needs, ensuring their academic and social success.
?? IEP Coordination: Lead and participate in IEP meetings, working closely with parents, therapists, and other educators to set and review educational goals.
?? Student Progress Monitoring: Use virtual tools to assess and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications
?? Education: Bachelor??s or Master??s degree in Special Education or a related field.
?? Certification: Valid Michigan teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
?? Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a special education setting, with significant experience in remote or online teaching preferred.
?? Skills: Proficient in using educational technology, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of special education practices.
