Key Responsibilities: ? Accurately input data into our database and ensure it is up-to-date. ? Organize and maintain data, ensuring precision and timeliness. ? Complete data entry tasks promptly and meet deadlines as set by management. ? Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate data entry. ? Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data is error-free. ? Report and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data. ? Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. ? Contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote work setting. ? Excellent typing skills with high accuracy. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Reliable computer with high-speed internet access. ? Must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
