We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to manage community interactions on platforms like Twitch, Discord, and YouTube, while also handling customer support inquiries via email for one of our highly regarded gaming clients.What You Will Be Doing:Engage in... live... chat support and content moderation across popular platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, share sales links, and offer exclusive discounts.Maintain the quality and safety of online discussions by monitoring content according to our guidelines.Receive access to account tools and training on the most frequently asked questions to ensure you are fully equipped to support our users.Contract Length: Open-ended.
Rate: $35 per hour.Skills/Background Needed:Must have access to a device with internet connectivity that supports social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions precisely.Minimum of 5 hours availability per week.A reliable internet connection is essential.Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours to accommodate your schedule.
