What you will be doing...
Engaging with customers through live chat on our business??s website, providing assistance, product recommendations, and exclusive offers.
Handling customer inquiries by offering solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Contract length: Open-ended with no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:
Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and manage communications effectively.
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
Must have a minimum of 5 hours availability per week.
Reliable and consistent internet connection required.
Hours per week: Flexible; anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
