Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Part-Time HR Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about human resources and has a knack for managing recruitment and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR activities, recruiting top talent, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: ?? HR Activities: ?? Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. ?? Oversee and implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. ?? Handle employee relations, address employee concerns, and provide support in conflict resolution. ?? Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans. ?? Recruitment: ?? Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and select qualified candidates for various roles. ?? Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. ?? Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. ?? Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. ?? Client Management: ?? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships. ?? Understand client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet their requirements. ?? Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns. ?? Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications: ?? Bachelor??s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ?? Proven experience in HR activities and recruitment. ?? Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ?? Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
