With a strong commitment to sustainability, our resort offers a one-of-a-kind experience, combining stunning views, upscale villas, and outdoor activities. We are currently under... construction opening in 2025. Own A Piece Of Colorado (www.ownapieceofcolorado.com) is a land sales company selling lots near our resort.

Overview of the Role: Our hospitality and real state group is in need of an EXPERT assistant to help support our CEO and maybe some of the executive team members.

Main Priorities:

  • Keep CEO's calendar up-to-date at ALL TIMES
  • Manage personal appointments for CEO (tennis lessons, doctor, hair cut, etc)
  • Self-Starter - we need someone that will proactively schedule meetings without being reminded to do so
  • Confirm meetings for next day, the previous day. Make sure vendors are still confirmed or investors are still able to attend the meetings.
  • Be rapidly available for quick changes
  • Coachable - we want someone that we can teach and will take feedback without letting their ego get in the way.
  • Able to scale with us into a full-time position.
  • English and Spanish speaking required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the architectural team with project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Translate documents, emails, and other communications between English and Spanish as required.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Communicate with customers requiring assistance.
  • Send contracts

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management is a plus.
