Online Platform Support Specialist
Qualifications
1. Associate degree or bachelor??s Degree...
2. Minimum 1 year of previous experience in supporting operations of an online platform business like Uber, Airbnb, Ebay, Amazon, Yelp
3. Working knowledge of managing suppliers or partners or buyers or sellers on a digital platform for services or consumer facing apps
4. Basic knowledge of permitting or inspections or home improvement or construction or architecture or land use in the District of Columbia or comparable jurisdiction
5. Experience with using customer relationship management tools like Salesforce or Customer or Microsoft Dynamics or comparable software.
6. Strong digital proficiency including communication, safeguarding information, problem solving with remote/virtual customers, and networks
7. Strong computer skills, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite; Conferencing/Collaboration tools like Google Drive; Google Docs, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
8. Excellent analytical skills to resolve problems and make recommendations
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Extremely detail-oriented

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
