Monday to Friday, 9 AM ?? 5 PM (flexible schedule available)

Responsibilities
?? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

?? Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
?? Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
?? Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
