About the Role...

As a Remote Disney Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Disney, interacting with our fans and customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a magical experience for all Disney fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
?? Engage with Disney fans and customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
?? Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues.
?? Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and concerns.
?? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
?? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the Disney brand.
?? Keep up-to-date with Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
?? Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
?? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
?? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote support environment.
?? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
?? Proficient in using social media platforms and tools.
