Essential Functions/Responsibilities
?? Manage executive appointments and calendars.
?? Organize and manage emails.
?? Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
?? Handle social media management.
?? Create and optimize workflows and processes.
?? Conduct research and recommend new technologies.
?? Update and manage CRM systems.
?? Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants.
?? Assist with project coordination.
?? Plan and coordinate events.
?? Provide support with personal tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications
?? High school diploma or equivalent.
?? Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
?? Experience in an administrative support role.
?? An in-home office setup, including a Mac or PC with a webcam, at least a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Additional Information
?? This is a 1099 contractor role.
?? Compensation is (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payment is made once per month, based on the number of contracted hours. While we offer opportunities for various client engagements, we cannot guarantee hours or clients.
