Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for a remote Full-Time Online Data Entry Specialist position. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information on our company databases and computer systems. Your duties will include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
1. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
2. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
4. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
5. Applying data program techniques and procedures
6. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations and performing backup operations
7. Responding to queries for information and access relevant files
8. Complying with data integrity and security policies
